Privacy policy

What we collect

For each match: the two names, genders, dates, times and places of birth you enter, and the email address and/or WhatsApp number you give us.

If you buy a report: the order amount, currency and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

How you found us: advertising parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_campaign) and, if you came from an ad, the ad click identifier. When you pay, we also record your browser type and IP address so ad platforms can match the purchase to the ad you clicked.

Why we use it

To calculate your compatibility, show your free result, prepare and deliver the report you pay for, and contact you about that report. This is the purpose you consent to on the form.

To send offers and new tools, only if you tick the separate marketing box. You can say no and still use everything.

To measure which ads work. We send ad platforms the fact that a purchase happened and its value; your email or phone number is sent only as an irreversible SHA-256 hash, and no birth details are ever sent.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai), Vercel (website hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email delivery), Meta and Google (ad measurement).

Our AI writing provider, through Vercel AI Gateway, receives only first names and the calculated chart results, never full names, birth dates, times, places or contact details.

How long we keep it

We keep match and report data for 24 months so you can reopen your report, then delete it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing support@kundliscore.in from the address you used, or including the WhatsApp number you used. We act on requests within 30 days. Withdrawing consent stops further use; it does not undo processing already done.

KundliScore is meant for adults. Do not enter details of anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

Grievance officer

For any complaint about how your data is handled, write to our grievance officer at support@kundliscore.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
